Alyssa Koziarski is a director at Fusion where she serves on the digital team. She supports the team by developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns for political campaigns and advocacy groups.
Alyssa brings marketing and fundraising experience to Fusion, having previously managed the direct mail programs for major congressional, senate and gubernatorial races, and political action committees.

She recently moved to Arlington, Virginia from Sydney, Australia. Before Fusion, she was a Partnerships Trader at Universal McCann Australia, where she worked on New South Wales Government advertising campaigns. She has a double degree in Marketing and Advertising from Charles Sturt University.

Amanda Theobald is a manager at Fusion. As a member of the digital advertising team, she predominately oversees clients’ advertising efforts on Google, programmatic, and social platforms. Prior to Fusion, Amanda worked as a Political Advertising Fellow at Google and an Associate Inside Sales Representative at Dell Technologies.
Amanda graduated from Georgetown University with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Daniel is an Associate at Fusion. As a member of the Digital Team, Daniel works on email performance marketing to ensure the continued success of Fusion clients.
Prior to joining Fusion, Daniel worked as a political analyst at Targeted Victory, where he assisted in running the digital campaigns of several House clients including Zach Nunn (IA-3), Diana Harshbarger (TN-1), and Rudy Yakym (IN-2).
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Daniel is a graduate of Allegheny College.

Chris Georgia is a partner at Fusion, where he leads the digital media buying practice. For more than a decade, Chris has spearheaded fundraising, campaigns and online ad placement for major political candidates, trade associations and Fortune 500 corporations. He leads with a keen eye for metrics and optimization, encouraging a rigorous testing regimen that has culminated in groundbreaking use cases for clients, including being the first in the industry to purchase YouTube Masthead inventory and leverage Hulu Live Sports.
When not arms deep in a spreadsheet, Chris can be found at the nearest Orange Theory class pretending he can still run like his teenage self, or scoping out the local cheese store.

Quinn has been a member of the Digital team since 2019. He is responsible for all of Fusion’s texting and email programs including Peer-To-Peer, A2P, and Email Sending. Quinn has built and implemented multi-million dollar fundraising plans for statewide candidates and has taken those skills into the advocacy space, executing several high-visibility nationwide letter campaigns.
Quinn is a native of the Washington, D.C. area and currently lives in Arlington, VA

Emma Likly is a director on the digital advertising team. She heads up the managed service side of Fusion’s digital campaigns, working with a broad range of partners to implement successful CTV/OTT campaigns.
Emma is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she earned her B.S. in public relations and M.S. in marketing. She currently resides in Washington D.C.

Caitlin joined the team in 2019. As Senior Director of Digital, she leads a talented group of digital strategists in day-to-day planning, placement, and optimizations of thousands of line items.
She has experience managing tens of millions of dollars in digital advertising spend in highly competitive candidate races, ballot initiatives, and issue advocacy group campaigns across the country.
Caitlin specializes in building and executing smart advertising plans that leverage a portfolio of digital placements, from TV quality OTT & CTV inventory to eye-catching social and device-targeted geofencing.

Nick Paskiewicz is a Senior Associate of Media Buying at Fusion. As a part of the media buying team, Nick handles all aspects of the radio buys including planning and trafficking and assists with buying broadcast television.
Outside of Fusion, Nick is a recording artist, songwriter, and Voting Member of the Recording Academy. Independently, Nick has a decade of experience doing social media management and buying advertising on Google and Meta platforms and is a creative consultant.
Nick graduated from Full Sail University with degrees in Recording Arts and Entertainment Business. His hobbies include playing video games, collecting vinyl records, and making espresso beverages. He currently resides in Gainesville, Virginia with his cat, Oscar. His favorite platform to use and buy is YouTube.

Will has worked on three political campaigns including the Ed Gillespie Gubernatorial campaign in 2017, Barbara Comstock Congressional campaign in 2018, and Richard Hudson Congressional campaign.

Natalie Szemetylo serves as a director for Fusion where she handles the payment processes for multimillion-dollar media campaigns to ensure that clients get on the air in a timely fashion. Additionally, she takes on other roles of media planning and placement.
Prior to joining Fusion, Natalie served as the Production Manager at Wilson Grand Communications where she organized countless political film shoots, developed messaging, and provided media placement. An Ohio native, Natalie earned her BA in political science from The University of Akron and her MPS in political management from The George Washington University. Natalie resides in Washington, DC.

Stephen Szostak is a partner at Fusion. Responsible for multi-channel media planning and placement, he leads a detailed and collaborative approach to developing and implementing targeted media buys. With 20 years of media buying experience, Stephen has worked with numerous clients in the industry ranging from image/advocacy groups like the American Petroleum Institute to various political candidates of all levels. Stephen is a big believer in an audience-based buying approach and excels in using micro-targeting data to help fuel efficiencies in mass media.
Most recently, he was vice president & account director at a leading DC placement agency.
A native Arizonan, Stephen is a graduate of Arizona State University and lives in Washington, DC.

Milaina Zaslavsky is a digital associate at Fusion, where she specializes in curating dashboards and reporting within Datorama. In addition, Milaina launches and tracks digital campaigns on Google, YouTube, Stack Adapt (DSP), and Google Campaign Manager.

Hannah Anderson is a manager at Fusion where she serves on our client services team. Hannah serves as the connection between clients and our media buying team to help clients optimize their campaigns and achieve their goals.
With over five years of political and public affairs experience, Hannah joined Fusion in 2020 after working for notable candidates such as Senator Lindsey Graham, Senator Tim Scott, Governor Glenn Youngkin, and President Donald J. Trump.
